About fontsauce
fontsauce converts plain text into styled Unicode characters and collects the symbols, faces and blank characters people actually search for. Everything on the site is standard Unicode text: no images, no custom fonts, nothing to install.
How the styles work
Unicode contains whole parallel alphabets that exist for mathematics (bold, italic, script, Fraktur, double-struck, monospace), for legacy East Asian typesetting (fullwidth forms), for phonetics (small capitals, superscripts) and for enclosed labels (circled and squared letters). Each style page maps your letters onto one of those blocks and tells you which block it is. The playful styles (lookalike alphabets, zalgo) are honest about being visual play built from mixed scripts and combining marks.
Accuracy
Symbol labels are generated from the official Unicode character names, not typed by hand. Platform notes describe what each service accepts as of our last review, including where fancy text does NOT work (for example, Roblox usernames). If something is out of date, tell us.
Accessibility note
Screen readers announce styled characters by their Unicode names, which makes long styled passages painful to listen to. We say so on the pages themselves: use these styles for names and accents, not entire posts.
